TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF

I've always been fascinated by the details. When you really analyze
something, you begin to see how everything is connected.
I began my career as a journalist with a similar mindset—I wanted to connect the dots
in ways that would impact real people, on the ground.

As a reporter, I covered news for local dailies and events in the burgeoning arts scene
of the South Bronx. Later, I moved into communications roles at startups and mission-driven organizations, supporting causes like healthcare access, alternative education,
and sustainability.

Through later research and program management roles, I saw how essential it was to produce work grounded in measurable insights and guided by strategic planning.
Words are a portal to deeper understanding across our differences, helping strengthen our capacity to meet whatever comes next—but they can only go so far sometimes.
I now help brands build and execute multi-channel campaigns—aligning message, audience, and platform to drive impact.
Whether through digital, social, or other multimedia formats, I've always searched for that "sweet spot" where ideas reinforce community, and connections build meaningful change.

Alongside this, I've spent nearly a decade in customer delivery roles. Retail and Hospitality/Food and Beverage have served as something of a “second life” for me, wherein my knowledge of problem-solving, cooking, and sharing community deepened.

Those experience shaped me into a lifelong advocate for improving nutrition, food systems, and accessibility.
That drive towards sustainable processes also later materialized into a side business—where it's not just what you put in your body, but also what you
put on it.
